Kyleswitala

so many things have happened in the past four days, i don't even know where to begin. well, first off with the best news. since thursday night, i have been in a wonderful relationship! his name is kyle switala and he is absolutely amazing. i believe i am one of the luckiest guys. i've liked him for a while now and apparently he has like me for some time. i never knew he liked me, since i am horrible at figuring those kinds of things out, but my friend ari had asked me outside of taco bell after ari, kyle rachael and me had eaten if he asked me something on the ride over. i said no and asked why. she told me that he was planning on aksing me out, but the loser chickend out. so she started to yell at me to ask him out, which i am no good at. that went on for a few minutes until rachael had to leave so i drove kyle home while ari took rachael. on the car ride there i was thinking of how i was going to do it. i decided on doing it in his driveway before he got out. but the bastard beat me to the punch and asked me out on the car ride over. so obviously i said yes. that was the end of that. but i felt horrible because i was leaving the next day to go upnorth for the weekend and felt bad about leaving him after we just started dating. but he assured me it was okay. let me tell you i texted him pretty much as much as i could this past weekend. wasn't able to much since my signal kept going in and out. but yeah. i'm so excited.

kyle is so unique. i have never met a person with his personality before, which really gets me interested. he is sorta of a mix between me and ari, hence why the two of us decided that he is mine and ari's asexually produced child. he is so cute and we have a lot in common and he can make me laugh so hard with how random he is. random=huge points. the funny and somewhat sad thing is that it took about a day and a half for it to fully set in that i was dating him. i kept wanting to ask him if we were really dating, but was afraid i was imagining it and he would say no. but it's official. we are dating. i've been planning a date to take him on, but am not sure what. i really don't want to do the old 'movie and dinner thing.' i want to be a little more romantic and spontaneous. let's hope i can figure something out.

so to start of my new series of bag reviews i have decided to start off with this way cute pleated bag. as you can see the bag is quite large so it is perfect for those days when you have to carry half of your house around. but with this bag, you can do it with style. =] the bag is made from a fine mix and match italian tapestries. one fabric has polka dotes in colors of: black, grey, beige-yellow and a little bit of white.
the other fabric has stripes in the same colors.

other info:

- the interior of the bag is fully-lined with two large pockets on each side.

- the size of the handbag is: 14-19 inches wide, 14 inches high

- the shoulder straps are 26 inches long, and roomy enough to wear with a coat

- closed with zipper on the top, and a cute decorated button

the bag is made by daphnenen of etsy. (<---follow link)

Ididn'taskforaladle

wow. it's been a few days since i last post. well it's time for a new update. where to begin?

well firstly i made it into that play i auditioned for. it's called "a night of star turns" and it seems like it is going to be really good. yep all of my friends who auditioned for it got in too so it's going to be an awesome cast and i can't wait. first read through is on monday and that is when i will be finding out which roles i will be cast as. but yeah. i met a new girl there and her name is racael. she seems really cool and we talked for a little bit after wednesday's auditions and she seems really nice. however, according to my friend kyle she is a bitch and so on and so forth. i don't get those vibes from her but we will see as the show goes on.

secondly, i forget......oh yeah! i have finally gotten most of my novel planned out. not throughly yet, but the big ideas. i really owe a big thanks to kyle for helping me. thank you!!!! but yeah the story is basically a gay romance between two shape shifters and the struggles they must suffer through by not only the school but also their family. not to mention the bad blood between their two families. that is what i have so far. with a play involved and not to mention some....vampires? can we say twilight crossover? possibly.

and finally i am going to thompson lake saturday to hang out with my friend alysha since she is moving to alabama in a few weeks and our friends anna and ashley are going to be there and so is alysha's friend hannah. and you know life was all good. but it never stays that way. that would be to freaking easy! so alysha's mom decided to be a bitch and told her that she was no longer her responsability and practically kicked her out. without kicking her out. so alysha tells our friend anna about it, and they have been good friends for a while now. and so anna bitches alysha out saying that she is an annoying bitch who complains to much. i was like "wow. what a bitch." so i'm unsure if anna is going to the lake or not. but whatever. it's going to be fun since we are all bringing something to eat and i decided to be cool and am bringing chocolate chip muffins....to the lake. oh, and a rubber ducky who i named waldo. but yeah it's going to be loads of fun. i'm thinking which of my friends to invite. ari? kyle? steph? i guess we will see!

Anthropologicalballs

so i just got back from auditions and it went how all of my auditions go...pretty good. i'm not quite glad that it only went 'pretty good' because like i said all of my auditions go pretty good and i have yet to be cast in a show, besides joseph and the technicolor dream coat. but whatever. i did two scenes; one with carrol (who played my mom in joseph) and my friend kyle. the scene with carrol she was my aunt and i was taking pictures for my characters (tony) antropology class. it didn't go over that great but the best part was the last line in which carrol (aunt harriet) says "and cut off his antropological balls!" everyone cracked up at that part. the next scene i did with kyle he played my younger, faster talking and wise-cracking brother. my wife had died and i took a trip through europe and i tell of all the bad tales that happend and weep over my now dead wife. me and kyle did a good job on that. so we are going back on wednesday to do a few more scenes and we will find out if we have been cast or not. i'm nervous about it. but wish me luck! <3

Funstuff

so today has been not so good. i got in a fight with my best friend because of me being realistic, which is a downer to people. but we got over it like all best friend do. i've been stressed lately and ari thinks it is because of this boy. i'm not to sure about that but it's possible. you see, i like this guy but am not sure he likes me back (seems to happen alot these days). but i've been talking to him and things have been going good. i just want some alone time with him to get to know him better, but it seems fate is not going to let that happen anytime soon. ari said to tell just straight up tell him my feelings, but i can't do that. i don't want to scare him away since we haven't hung out that much i'm afraid he'll be all like "uh ew. you're a freak." and walk away. so i guess i am just going to play it cool.

in other, better news i have an audition today for this group of shows called "an evening of star turns." it is a bunch of plays and musicals that rang from shakespeare to neil simon and if you are cast you are expected to take on multiple characters, which is always a fun thing. i am not sure if i should prepare a song or not. i emailed the director and he said it wouldn't hurt, but i would only have two hours to practice the song. so i think that is a big no for that. hopefully i get into this since i have been dying to do a show since joseph and the amazing technicolor dream coat. you would think that since the director of this show was in joseph and played my father, that would be good right? wrong. he doesn't even remember my name. am i that forgetful? maybe it's because he is old and old people have bad memories but still.

so yeah, that is it for now. i might post about the auditions. we'll see.

Holeintheworld

so as i said earlier, i went and saw the local production of sweeney todd. i have to say overall it was good. albeit the occasional mishap which is to be apparent in every play i've seen. it seems as though it has been expected to happen. as i said it was good. but the thing that really irked me (besides the stupid mirror moving and reflecting light onto the wall) was the actor who played tobias. first of all, totally not who i imagined to play the good old servant boy. but i guess it helps when your father helps cast (my reason on why his two sons had the two male leads). also, he sounded like a prepubescent hamster. he messed up his lines more than anyone and was off pitch many times. just saying.

finally, i don't like him. i was in a previous play with him and found a distaste for him. he is annoying and likes to try and overshadow the other people on stage, which i noticed he did in this show also. well that is it for my ranting.

and i have a question; is it racist to think that most black men are not attractive? because according to my friends ari, stephani and savannah it is. hence is why mine and kyle's pictures are next to the word racist in the dictionary.

Thethingsido

so here is the down low; i just had to clean my brothers disgusting ass bathroom. and when i say disgusting, i mean fucking disgusting. it wouldn't have been as bad if his girlfriend didn't use it everyday since she stays out here for weekends at a time. i have never seen so much freaking hair around a toilet. it doesn't help that along with the hair i had dried pee, seeing as how my 20 year old brother has no hand-eye coordination. but it had to be done. i would have done just about anything to see sweeney todd tonight. why? well first off it is an amazing show. and secondly my friend kyle (check out his blog here: http://kyleswitala.blogspot.com/) is in it. so he better be damn happy to see me.

but anyway, enough of my complaining. last night, or should i say this morning since it was 1, i finally watched the movie footloose. i have to say that kevin bacon was quite good looking in that movie. his dancing was amazing. it made me jealous. but it was a nice thing to see right before i went to bed. well, that is about it for now. i may or may not tell you how the play is tonight. depends on how i am feeling.

Quickhello

wow. so this is what it is like owning a blog. you'd think i'd feel a tingly feeling deep in my gut, like i just made a huge accomplishment in my life. but alas, i do not. oh well. i will be updating this every couple of days, telling you what is happening in my fun-yet-uneventful life. be ready for my views on various subjects, secret and not-so-secret secrets (but i have to tell emily the good ones first) and just what happens in a gay boy living in a boring town that most people have not heard of's life.
